Have you still remembered about the spectacular fashion in The Great Gatsby? Everybody absolutely feel so amaze when watch it, specially the party scene. The way they transform the 80-es fashion into the modern one, gorgeous and gorgeous. Seemed that nowadays it inspiring many fashion circle. One of fashion source from Indonesia, Fimela, team with Magnum mini and some of Indonesia stars such as Luna Maya, Olla Ramlan, and Raffi Ahmad come with a short video about the ice cream and spectacular fashion inspired from The Great Gatsby.

Oscar de la Renta Resort 2014

This time, we find many designers launch their Resort 2014 collection. They offer exclusivity of their feature, from patterns, colors, and the shapes. For me, this Oscar de la Renta Resort 2014 collection is enough to take my breath away. They give a spring touch like abundant flowers with fresh colors. Violet blooms were attached to an acid green evening gown, while red bursts of flora adorned a sleeveless houndstooth peplum top, a half-sleeved cardigan, and A-line dress.
That shape and others, like a balloon skirt in rose petal pink, the Watteau back on a strapless cocktail dress, and the many dresses with bateau necklines, recalled the spirit of '50s couture. But the buoyant color palette and the optimism were decidedly modern.

Every April 21th, Indonesian celebrating the Kartini Day, one of Indonesian hero. Her contribution in changes the society's stereotype in her era long times ago. She concerning about women emancipation, that's the reason why nowadays women have an equal level to receive the facilitates and right with the men.

Cotton Candy Hair of Nicki Minaj

 

A Trinidadian-born American rapper, Nicki Minaj with her other talents, singer-songwriter and television personality makes a dynamic revolution in the collaboration of music and fashion industry. Looks spectacular with her colorful and fun style. There are many neon colors spread out on hair style, clothes, and her make up. Course I can't deny that is youthful and free. Her stage hair style mostly unique by combining difference colors into a cotton candy hair. Here some my favorites :

 

 

Course it's a new innovation of a woman rapper with colorful look beside her singing talent. Standing with many colors on super-tan skin for a 30 years woman is a work which really need a big self confidence, and she have it! Nicki Minaj is one who dare to make a spectacular changes in fashion-music industry nowadays.

I am thinking of Harajuku styles which using many colors, abstract concept, and everything can donned. But this American rapper has her well-organized concept, mix the neon colors to look gorgeous. From head to toe, there are colors and colors, but everything combine each other for the spectacular Minaj.

Cobalt

If I have to answer a question such "What are you fan of?", perhaps I will say that I'm a fan of blazer. Although in fact I'm not a person who in love with an item so dying hard, I love what anything that catch my heart of course. But, compare to all items in my closet, there are many blazers than the others. I have many tops but they are in difference category. And I think I really didn't posting many posts with blazer on me. I'm wear blazer when I go to my campus usually. I have completed a date, dating someone with a lot of fun.

Apparels without pattern usually catch my heart more than the patterns one. They just really comfort to wear out, bring more confidence. Absolutely when they are stick on me. See all my apparels are one color items each, the cobalt blazer looks good with gray and black. Cobalt is a color which hit some designers's runway in Autumn/Winter 2012/2013 such as DKNY, Mulberry, and Prabal Gurung. The color is still a trend yet. Something Blue!

The night was so short but it obtain a high satisfaction. We both enjoyed the time, that's what every girl need, private time with their best friends.

Self-made Dishes

What do you think about New Year's dishes? I decided to cook simple pancake at the last day of 2012 and start new day in 2013 by brunch with spaghetti. Cooking is such an fun activities, went to supermarket and then chose the ingredients, decorate the plate, and whatever about it was awesome. As usual, I prefer to do something with my self, including cooking of course! Even the taste is not really good, it has more satisfaction in my heart.

Is it the first post in 2013? Yeah sure it is. I'm away from blogging for last a week, focused on all my final tests. Studied hard but I don't know the grade that I'll get then, the important thing is struggle and struggle, fight for the laziness. Cooking is one of several ways to refresh your mind from whatever it is. I've already prove that :)

How about pancake with strawberry topping? Sure, I'm still in love with red, whatever it is.

A plate full of spaghetti bolognaise, what do you think?

And that's all the self-made dishes by me for the days which are the ending the 2012 and the starting the 2013. In fact both are so simple. Anyway, what do you think when I combine them with my make up kit for the photo shoot?
