Afternoon tea at Lewis & Carroll.

It was a day before Chinese New Year this year, during my visit to Jakarta which still in rainy season that is something challenging. Then that late afternoon, which I was expected to have a sun-kissed-on-a-cup-of-tea while gathered with friends from uni life, and what was happened is showery all day long. This place is stole my heart since the very first time I opened their door. The interior, concept and all tea selection they offer. I was so surprised when the waiter came out with some tea samples and each of them has unique scent. And they also sell many fancy stuff for your daily tea time at home. All this things is found at Lewis & Carroll that located in Jalan Bumi, Kebayoran Baru.

Almost two years for never stop falling in love

I don't know, but now I agree with the quote that Love is the way your heart fall at the same thing repeatedly. I own this court shoes for almost two years, in fact that I didn't wear it daily or every I went out for shopping or dinner, but I never bored. Back again to the time when the famous Louboutin's daffodile were being a trending topic in high street fashion. It was the beginning for pumps being popular so fast worldwide. And today it's not pumps again but a pointy shoes. Yes, I'm in love with that type too, even I only have it as a flat shoes, haven't really looking for the heels one.

But the point is this ZARA court shoe always cheer me up, and I think it so understanding by matching almost my entire outfits from casual, formal, even into party! This is crazy but recently I chose this lovely one for doing my outfit post. When you love something, it could make you crazier at least.

Here photos that unpublished yet, taken at last January. I was trying to match up this lovely shoes with formal attire. Then I chose an one color sleveles top, black bodycon skirt, and a blazer to make it looks formal but still chic.

Love your life, love the nature

What do you think about the green environment? Guess that mostly people gonna say that they love it, but in fact they don't act like they love. It should be not just a word, but supposed to be a real act. 

My technology institute is one of the greenest campus in Asia. There are birds singing in the morning, the dew on the leaves, good air to start the day. Also many green grounds can be found, fens, bikers, even they provide special pathways for the bikers! The trash is divide into several trash bins to ease distinguish the recycle process. Because we love the nature! Every year when the new academic year start, they have an event for the new freshmen which is plant 1000 seeds around the campus. These can be found in Tenth of November Institute of Technology Surabaya.

In term to admit my naval architecture friend's request, me and my best girl, Nona Theresia did this photoshoot. The concept is about Eco Campus. And it was really a short photoshoot that I've ever did, finished less than an hour!

My photographer friends, Rabhi dan Riznanda. Yeah, we both just help them for their portofolio about Eco Campus. It's not focus on the model, but the nature. So me and Thea just donned daily campus apparels without any make up on. 

Sure, it was a very simple outfits that day. My girl was wearing her batik tops with blue jegging and booties. I felt a little bit cold, the temperature was quite low for Surabaya, because everybody knows that Surabaya is famous with it's hot condition!! I was wearing socks with my Kickers flat shoes and leopard sleeves top with black jeans, the maroon bag was Mango. At least those items was enough to comfort my self.

Let's love life by love the nature too. Start from yourself about the most famous 3R, reduce, reuse, recycle. I am recently to start collecting the plastic bottle, separate them from my trash bin, so the scavengers will get the bottles easily. It is a simple way to help people also love the nature. That's all the best shoots from the photo shoots last week with no filters.

Lunch : Kirkos Bar & Restaurant

It was an early dinner or just a late lunch that day. Went out with two others, we chose Kirkos Bar & Restaurant at Ciputra World Surabaya for enjoying some delicious dishes and discussing many topics. The place was not quite busy, course it wasn't a time for feeding people self.

Full filled a friend of mine Starbucks KL edition glass with tacooooossssssss!!!!!

Brought my currently reading novel, Juliet by Anne Fortier, and the simple maroon tote bag from Mango. The bag is pretty enough to carry all my must-bring-belongings. Anyway, I suggest the book to be read, the story is great, the modern fictional history about Romeo and Juliet. And as you know it is one of the best seller books from New York times version and has already translated into 30 different language.

And the dishes are Tenderloin Steak, Chicken Steak, Traditional Fried Noodle with scramble egg, Tacos, New York style pizza (ps it is not like a round Italian pizza, just meat and mozzarella wrapped inside a layer), and chicken wings. Too much for three people, isn't it? Oh wait, you really need to notice the noodle, so delicious like I want to eat all the time! First, a friend of mine wanted to order that dishes, but me and the other one just doubted it, but when we tasted, it really completely delicious.

Self Inflicted

I feel so crazy with this Perry fever recently. When I was in Junior High School, that lyric was booming, and the singer, Katy Perry, was starting to reach the top of many music charts. And everyone started to love her much. 

Two tones; nude and navy blue. The reason why I chose both colors for this outfit photo shoot are nude is a color which is timeless and classic. Have you ever heard that nude-tone is old-fashioned? From a decade into the next one, this color also spreading the fashion world, donned by many world's most famous fashionistas, always breath-taking. And the another reason is the color blue is start to full-fill the runway in recent season. 

I was wearing only three items; shirt, starlet pants, and pumps. Two nude items paired with a navy blue item, so I could get the focus of my outfit on my starlet pants. And I wear this pumps oftentimes on my outfit post is because it's the shoes I love the most. By the way my hair looks like a little bit red-brown, in fact I never think to dye my hair, I keep it naturally. Perhaps it's not because my hair is dry enough, my mom said that I get this hair-color since I was born, a genetic factor (?)
